At ISOtunes, we stand by the quality of our hearing protection and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you can return or exchange your product within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packaging with your return.

  Ship the Product

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our quality control facility.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
